WE STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE BELOW PROCESS AND TIMELINES
Q: I want my design to be printed on a shirt collared shirt, jacket, dri-fit, etc, how much will it cost?
A: We quote prices based on the size and number of colors of your design. Our graphic artists checks design first before quotations are given. We have our pricelist listed here for your guidance as well.
Q: Do you print in retail (per pc.)?
A: Yes, provided the design has only 1-3 solid colors (e.g. names, texts, shapes, etc).
Q: Are shirts/polo shirts/jackets/drifits inclusive with the print?
A: Yes. We have an awesome collection of various brands you can select from. We also accommodate print-only requests.
Q: What are your kinds of prints?
A: - Rubberized Vinyl - Best for 1-3 solid colors with no overlaps. (No minimum required)
- Gamuza - Best for 1-3 solid colors with no overlaps. (No minimum required)
- Plastisol (screenprint) - Best for complex designs (e.g. Graphic images, gradient colors, etc.). 50 pcs. minimum.
- Embroidered - 50 pcs. minimum.
Q: Do you print logos of commercial companies? (e.g. Nike, Adidas, Starbucks, etc.)
A: No, unless permission has been granted by these companies. They are protected by Copyright Infringement Law.
Q: Do you print offensive languages, profanities, and/or sexual contents?
A: A big NO.
Q: What file formats of my design should be submitted to you?
A: Photoshop format (.psd) with 300 dpi resolution.
Q: I have no idea how to convert my design to .psd format, would you be able to edit it for me?
A: Yes. Our awesome team of graphic experts can do it for you for a layout fee of PHP500.00.
Q: Do you accept rush orders?
A: Yes, depending on the volume. We can accept 1-100 pcs. maximum provided that we have everything we need from the client (complete shirt sizes and edited version of the design). Please take note that we won't be able to accommodate rush requests if we will still be the one to edit the design as that takes time.
Q: What is your Turn Around Time (TAT)?
A: - 1 to 5 pcs. - 5 business days
- 6 to 30 pcs. - 7 business days
- 31 pcs. and above - 10 to 20 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
IMPORTANT: Our production starts after the final design has been submitted to us. You can follow up on your items thru our contact details.
Q: Do you ship globally?
A: Yes. All shipping fees are to be shouldered by the client.
Q: If I refer you to clients such as schools, companies, organizations, etc., will I have a commission fee?
A: Yes, with a minimum of 50 pcs, for a commission fee of 10%.
Q: Do you give discounts?
A: Yes, for a minimum order of 50 pcs.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 50% Down Payment; Completion upon delivery/pick up.
Q: What are your modes of payment?
A: - BPI deposit (Our Bank Account details will be provided to customer personally)

Q: For custom-made uniforms, what kinds do you accept?
A: - Office Uniforms (Dress, skirt, tuxedo, long sleeves, polo shirts, polo barong, pants, etc)
